We had a late lunch on Saturday so by the time we got hungry again, it was around 10pm. Was pleasantly pleased to see this new local pop up and still open, so used door dash to look at the photos of the items and used the PS website to order p/up.

Burgers were perfectly made:

🤌Ingredients were all fresh

🤌buns were soft (not stale), were not dripping in excess sauce and oil

🤌beef patties was beautifully flame grilled and crispy around the edges (no grisly bits)

🤌customisation to one of the burgers was not missed (he wanted (+) onion ring - two big pieces were added, and (-) BBQ sauce as there was already another 2 sauces in the burger he got).

🤌Loaded fries were extremely crispy: beer batter fries, with the right amount of cheese sauce and bacon bits.

NB: Serving is on the smaller size, was perfect for us though as we didn't want too much, but if you're after a medium - large serve you may wish to grab two!

Service got 4 stars simply because when we went to p/up the order, the staff handed our order to one of the two UBER EATS drivers that was there, instead of double-checking the docket. Someone else would have ended up with our order and vice versa. Luckily the driver hadn't walked out of the store completely before we had provided our order number to staff and the rectification could be made.

Will definitely be back to try the other burgers PS has.

Nice little burger joint in Dogswamp Shopping Centre. Place is lovely and clean, the service friendly and they wanted you to have a good experience in their restaurant. The chips were lovely and crunchy and I’m glad they have full size drinks here. I had the double with bacon burger and it was nicely made with fresh ingredients. The burger patties here are thinner than what you normally get at other shops but they are juicy and cooked nicely and you can tell the patties are not full of “filler” ingredients but had good quality beef. The burger was not oily and nicely seasoned and the cheese and sauces complimented the burger rather than overpowering it. All in all a nice experience.

Came here again on 18/12/23. My friend and I both had chicken burgers and they were delicious. The chicken coating was crunchy and the smoky sauce was lovely. Same great service and the burgers were made fresh. My friend enjoyed hers too. She liked how the burger has a little paper wrap to stop mayo from getting on your hands.
