Would be good if they put correct stock in correct location. I hate paying for items and then have to take back because the price was wrong(too high). I also hate when they blame customers for putting whole boxes in wrong locations. Staff do not put boxes on shelves. Then who does. Customers might put one or two items any where in the store. I know how to use the Coles app and set it to this store and scan the item. The service desk lady says it is different price if you buy on line to in store. I have never been told that rubbish before. Next time I will go shopping at my local where I don't get told porkies. Or go across the road. Read moreExcellent customer service I am very grateful to the staff at Coles Cows for their assistance. I was shopping at Coles Cows when I dropped and lost my purse. I had to walk around the floor many times to find it. The floor was very clean and nothing on there. (The very next day I had to go overseas, but all my cards were in that purse!) Then three staff members immediately started looking for it in a professional manner. They checked each item from my shopping basket and went straight to the aisle where it was located. Read moreThe store was well stocked, and there were very few out of stocks. The trolleys were plentiful and clean, and the checkout staff were very efficient and friendly. What I do not like is the removal of lots of manned checkout and a huge increase in the self checkout area. There are now only 3 checkouts with cashiers where large trolley loads can be processed. Fortunately, we were there at a quiet time, so there was not much of a wait. But I am really sure it is going to be chaos when it gets busy and even more so when holiday kakers return in force.
