We were at the Queanbeyan Night Market πŸŒ™, it's amazing to see Market Stalls in Night with all the lights on, at every Stalls.

First time at the Night Market with my Family. They have heaps of food Stalls you can choose fromπŸ˜‹. Also home crafts, general Stalls, stalls for children with rides, clothing, jewellery and many more wonderful Stalls πŸ˜€ ❀️.

Come to the Queanbeyan Night Market πŸŒ™ and see πŸ‘€ for your shelf. I also going to see the Oktoberfest at the end of October for three days.

The Queanbeyan Showground was ones a gathering of Aboriginal for their Corroborees, visiting in large groups from 1859, 1861, and 1862.

In 1883 the Queanbeyan Pastoral, Agriculture and Horticultural Association dedicated as the Showground. Agricultural show were held on the ground from this date. The Grandstand was built...

Went for the Queanbeyan night markets. I must say the traffic controllers were absolutely amazing. Dealing with the chaos of getting everyone in, parked and safe. Good job people. Plus they did it with a smile. As for the markets. Slightly disappointed, heaps of food to choose from, which is great but was definitely lacking in the home crafts and general market stalls. I know we're only just out of covid restrictions but thought there might have been a bit more pazazz to the event, hoping they prove me wrong next time. Still not stopping me from going. Cause I know each event is different...

This Google stalking is getting a bit creepy. I DID NOT visit here, despite them telling me that I did & asking for a review. I did ride past it & I have been there a couple of times in the past. It's fine for a town like Queanbeyan & is located so well that I can't help but think that the council will be announcing some "exciting news, a new Showground is being built!" Sadly it will be sold for apartment development before long. Anyway, Google asked for a review, so I'll sum it up with "Google, you're getting to be a really creepy...

Has some great events such as the Rodeo, 4WD and Camping Shows and of course the Queanbeyan Annual Show. Has a Dump Point at the eastern end on the edge of the internal fence. It is a bit tricky to find for first timers so make sure you are on the opposite side of the main arena looking west to the Grandstand.

Yes we were there at the Christmas in July festival. We had coffee..profiteroles ..then later a Rotary sausage and onion wrap. There were lots of stalls and chicken hats...and bagpipes. Well attended and lots to see and do. And I bought an Indian rug....from north of India near border. How do I get it home??
