Condemn me! This is possibly the worst motel I have stayed in. Do not stay there. Where to start? Judging by the owner's very expensive car, she is doing quite well for herself. Good luck to her for that. Problem is she seems to avoid putting any money into the motel, not just to update it, but also to attend to basic maintenance. The seeming stinginess extends so far as to no complimentary tea or coffee provided. No glasses or crockery, at least none I could find. Complimentary tea, coffee and biscuits is standard service, but not at Margeurita. You won't get any more than 10 minutes hot water. There is modern heating and cooling but the old appliances have been left in place where they decay. The garden is unkempt. The back fence is falling over. It is honestly like something from the 3rd world. I could not wait for morning to come and to leave. The motel is stuck in the 70s and has become decrepit. Please heed my advice. Do not stay there. Even if everywhere else is booked out do not stay there. Enjoy my photos!

Convenient location and the motel rooms were a little dated but clean and fresh with big open windows and nice sunlight filtering into the adequately sized room. Garden outside big windows and although main road is nearby, traffic noise was minimal. Good value and would stay here again. Plenty of restaurants only a couple of minutes drive.

Excellent price. Very neat and tidy room with bathroom, TV and modern air con unit. Reception is attended from early to late by very helpful and friendly staff. Free, off-road parking. I would definitely recommend this motel and will visit again when in the area.

I recently stayed at is, and overall, it was a decent experience for the price. The location was convenient, close to highway, making it easy to access. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff was friendly and welcoming.

The room itself was clean but fairly basic. The bed was comfortable enough for a night’s stay, though the furniture felt a bit dated. Amenities included [Wi-Fi, TV, mini-fridge, etc.], which were functional but nothing special. The bathroom was clean, but water pressure in the shower could have been better. The air conditioning worked fine, which was a plus.

One downside was the noise level—being close to the highway, there was some traffic noise throughout the night. If you’re a light sleeper, I’d recommend bringing earplugs. Additionally, while the motel offered [breakfast, parking, etc.], it was quite minimal.

Another small issue was the limited number of power outlets, which made charging devices a bit inconvenient. However, the housekeeping staff did a great job keeping the room tidy, and fresh towels were provided daily.

For the price, is a reasonable choice for a short stay or road trip stopover. It’s not luxurious, but it gets the job done. If you’re looking for an affordable and convenient place to rest, this motel is worth...

Stayed here very recently, never again. Websites do not reveal how bad the accommodation is. There was no face washer, tea towel, biscuits or clock/radio and initially no hand towel. Soap supplied was a very small round cake which did not lather so we had to go and buy soap. Crockery and cutlery were the bare minimum. There had been two large tears in one set of curtains with very visible mending and the other curtains (which I am sure were the originals) were filthy and full of holes. The light covers were full of insects and there were cockroaches on the walls. Windows were impossible to open so no fresh air and the vanity cupboard had a putrid stale smell. There were 2 upholstered chairs which were filthy. I refused to sit on them. There was a thick build up of dust around the doorways and along the top of the mirror. There was a repair made on the bathroom ceiling and hadn't been painted. Corners are cut with the cleaning as there are no employees there to clean except the owner. It is very dated and dirty.||It is about time there was a regulatory body to check these places who are quite happy to take the dollars but do not provide adequate and acceptable...
