Kebab Zone Nambour — Restaurant in Sunshine Coast Regional

As a long term regular customer i have recently been VERY dissapointed with service and food from here, and this appears to be as a result of new management. The service is quite ordinary, none of the new staff are very capable with their customer service skills, some staff being worse than others, but none seem to have much of an idea on what it was like with the previous very friendly and competent staff. Why they were replaced with the current staff baffles me, very poor choices. The food quality is quite inconsistent, not a patch on the high standard it always was before. Completely unacceptable when you raise the price by 20% and serve up substandard food. Order the same thing every day and you're going to get something different each time, sometimes it is hot, sometimes it is cold, but it is never the same. Slapped together like as if they don't really care much about their jobs. Obviously not the only one to notice this, a recent review refects and echos most of what i've said. This Kebab shop is the best I've ever had. Me and my client go there for lunch almost every Monday, both of us give them 5 stars. They have good prices, great food and the service is the best. Was a little shocked that security guards now stand by to make sure patrons do not get accosted by questionable characters.
