Always love this place. Great staff. Always happy and prompt.

However, I'd love to see them make coffees to the standard temperature of 62 deg C. Many a time I've had watery burnt over hot coffees which are like lava - especially takeaways which seem even hotter. The machine needs to be calibrated and the milk steamer needs a thermometer in it - and maybe a bit of training on how coffee is really made. I dropped into this little cafe to grab something to eat as it was close to lunchtime. I ordered a single sausage roll, a can of coke, and a packet of tomato sauce for the sausage roll. I pulled $10 out of my wallet to cover the cost of my lunch. Only to be informed that the total cost was infact $11.00. I was shocked to learn that my very basic lunch had cost so much. Not one to buy coffee generally as too expensive and so far in my experience since being in Australia not very good. Maybe us Europeans have different tastes to Aussies? I was catching early train needed a hot drink and thought I'd treat myself. This is the best coffee I have had in Queensland. The milk was hot, you could taste the coffee and the chocolate neither too strong perfect balance, strong enough to know you had a great coffee. Excellent. Service polite and efficient.
