Do not bring your toddlers here if you value their safety and well being. Visited on Saturday 31/05/2025 with our 2 year old. Asked the staff member at the entrance before purchasing the tickets whether the toddler area was restricted to toddlers. He advised that it was. There is also a sign at the entrance of the toddler area that very clearly states: "THIS AREA IS FOR 1-3 YEARS ONLY, TODDLER WRISTBANDS ONLY". However, the area was full of children who would have been 8-9 years old, if not older and they were showing absolutely no regard to the toddlers who were actually supposed to be in there. Some of these older children were pegging balls at eachother from the ball pit and throwing them out side of the fence, they were running around like crazy hogging the climbing area so the younger children couldn't use it and worst of all my son got stomped on by one of them in the ball pit. The staff simply don't care about this behaviour either, there is not a single one policing the toddler area and not a single one even walked past. I approached the staff at the front 3 times asking for them to send a staff member to remove the older children and not once did they do this. We then decided to take our son out to get some food. The pizza we ordered was cold and had way too much sauce, it was inedible. After that, we decided to just leave. I was absolutely disgusted with this place and will not be returning and will be also telling everyone we know with children to...

We went here today and there is some huge features that are a plus on other play centre we have been to. There is lights around the frame so there is light for the kids in the play structure my kids liked this as alot of other places can be dark. There is alot of staff and they are stationed to help kids on the featured attractions which is great. So cons: we ordered food and frappe's we got a buzzer but once our frappe was ready they took it so once our food was ready they didn't know who to give it to and we didn't know when it was so it sat there and got cold before they gave it to us. The next thing we didn't like was we waiting for the bumper cars and was told they wouldn't be running for a little after a group but then ran again immediately after we left the line so we lined up again and was told again they weren't running after this so we waited about an hour to go on and couldn't we tried to get a refund they don't give them they they announced they were working and was able to get my two kids on and have one left over ticket that we don't know if we will be able to use again as we live almost an hour away. Overall the place is good just some things need a little...

We recently celebrated my son's birthday party at Rush Adventureland, and it was an absolute hit! From start to finish, the experience was top-notch.

The food that was served was fantastic, really generous portions, and great quality.

The party room was beautifully set up.The attention to detail was evident, and it really added to the overall experience.

I want to extend a big thank you to Sophie, who was incredibly helpful and responsive to all of our requests. Her professionalism and dedication ensured that everything ran smoothly.

Another shoutout goes to Liam, who went above and beyond in ensuring that our party was a success. From managing the coffee orders to organizing the food and party room, Liam's hard work did not go unnoticed.

Overall, I cannot recommend Rush Adventureland enough for birthday parties. It's evident that they truly care about creating memorable experiences for their guests. Thank you to the entire team for making my son's birthday party one...

Rush certainly lives up to its name, with kids adrenaline active once in the door.Checking in is a bit slow n added paper work to do a disclaimer . Sox are extra @$3.50 a pair .We brought the $35 package .plus food makes for a expensive day out Remember to take your water bottles .or ask for a jug n ice with cups .Pizzas were nice n hot chips too plenty of rooms for Birthday party packages .An interesting adventure awaits every child n ages from pre to toddlers n a ball pit were full of giggles n laughter .The Zip line was in the $45 package n if you wanted to buy extra rides it was $8 a pop. kids had a great day out no big lines Staff were very fast n careful with all children hooking them up n releasing from safety lines . Great place all round.bright n colourful .

Visited the Toddler Zone which my 2 year old loved. Affordable even with the mandatory sock purchase with a cafe for food, drinks and coffees. Extremely busy on a rainy day which meant older children visited the Toddler Zone unsupervised and were rough with the toddlers. This was due to the lack of staff, and the bigger playgrounds for older kids being overfull. Otherwise a great place to go to kill a couple of hours and get that energy out.
