First time customer and won’t be back, and will not recommend. I ordered a dish that was advertised as “best to share” as a takeaway, as opposed to the “best for yourself” menu options This came in a small round plastic container only filled to one quarter. When questioned, I was advised that this dish is best eaten dine in, as it comes in a pot with rice included. I then queried this, I was charged extra for rice with the takeaway and also charged extra on another dish. I said to the supervisor that I don’t mind what the “standards” might be eg super small serving for the share dish we ordered or that rice is extra if you don’t dine in, however I would like to be given the choice and understanding prior to ordering and paying. I also tried to discuss that if there are different and extra charges you should advise your customers. I walked away very disappointed, I tried hard to have an open conversation about the situation however staff not interested in finding a solution for us both as a compromise and was happy to leave it that I was unsatisfied, left it as saying sorry - you’ve been charged additional costs -...
Read moreBest Viet food on the coast! However Staff could do better. The white brunette girl who works there doesn’t even know the food (eventhough ive seen her work there for a long time. I called in to order Banh Cuon (Even explained to her the description and that the dish is on the online menu) and she said she never heard of it but when I went in to pick up that dish was on the menu and the other Asian staff knew what it wass. The restaurant should train their staff more. This is not the first time, this white girl has problems with the menu all the time, she wouldn’t understand what I wanted to order. Even if she’s not Viet, she should at least have some respect and the effort to learn the menu. I don’t know why they...
Read moreWe used to go here multiple times a week for lunches and dinners as we live and work close by. Quality and service has gone down hill over time. My husband always orders the pork claypot and serving size has reduced over time, it is not spicy and way too much sugar in it. The Pho is average and not even served with bean sprouts and fresh chilli. The staff don't work very well under pressure during the lunch and dinner rushes. They avoid eye contact which is blatant rudeness and in a service industry you should at least acknowledge your patrons. Having given them multiple tries over the years as there is limited Vietnamese food on the Coast but unfortunately have lost our business for good with sub par food and...
