Came in a moment ago to order the Mango Matcha, theyâve been sold out of the star jellies for a while and havenât liked the mango popping things that it comes with, so I thought Iâd ask since all toppings cost the same if I can swap over the mango popping pearls to rainbow jellies instead as I already added in cream mouse like I normally do and didnât want 3 toppings in my drink, before the girl at the front could even answer another girl from the back popped out and said they couldnât do it, I asked her if she can kindly remove them instead and she just rolled her eyes and turned or her back on me, I was shocked by her attitude and can clearly tell she hates her job and serving customers in general. I then asked for her name and before she could give it to me, she started questioning me aggressively, I managed to get her name which is âShishuâ (Asian with a lot of make up, lashes and eyeliner) she then yelled at me âExcuse me, why?!â as I was walking away and turned to her to say âjust wonderingâ which she then gave me a horrible look, but in reality I was disgusted by her service and wanted to leave a review. I hope management sees this and reconsiders who theyâre hiring as Lane Cove is full of nice and kind people and having someone with terrible service just ruins the lovely culture...
   Read moreAbsolute rubbish location. Donât even waste your money or time. Ordered 4 drinks and the two staff didnât have a clue in the world. All of the drinks were watered down beyond belief. We paid extra for add ons just for them not to include them! Naturally, we didnât realise until we had left and opened them. We werenât even bothered to return because we knew theyâd make another mistake and it wasnât worth the time because we had waited 20 minutes for the drinks to be made in the first place.
On top of this they had given our drink to other customers and only realised when we brought up the fact we were a drink short.
Donât waste your time. Bad customer service and bad drinks, wish we could get...
   Read moreDid an uber order with them, they called to let me know they didn't have ingredients to fulfill my order (left a voice message as I wasn't able to answer the phone).
I assumed the order would be cancelled through them as a customer cannot cancel a food order, which would have been fine. But NO, they continued the order and put it as 'delivered' 5 mins after the call and I couldn't get a refund as Uber Support said the driver confirmed delivery (no photo or tracking evidence)....
