Chatime Macquarie University — Attraction in Sydney

THE MOST DISGUSTING CHA TIME!! DO NOT BUY! Customer service is absolute garbage. Ordered a drink and barely got any pearls and no ice, drink was room temperature. Came back after 5 mins to order extra pearls and PAY for it. The south asian worker rudely declined and said the pearls were had to be saved for Uber eats orders. Even though there were 2 more hours until closing. What’s even worse, she obnoxiously said the only way was to order another drink, which makes no sense when I am a paying customer for something separate. If I could give it Zero stars I...

Very frustrating to find 18 Wally’s Walk. We were there half an hour early for the year 11 & 12 Experience Macquarie Day. But because there were no signs or visible indications of where the hell to go my daughter missed out. She was devastated and is now crying her eyes out that this event she had her heart on wasn’t something she got to experience. I think it should have been more organised for those who are not familiar with the grounds, at least providing the kids with a map of where to go from the main car park or closest car...

This is the worst Chatime that I have visited so far. Today, I bought a regular premium pearl milk tea with no ice and what I got was horrible. The staff didn't shake the drink which made it just basically tea and pearl in my cup without any taste of cream at all. After the sealing was done, the staff didn't even bother to give it to me immediately. I have to wait until another one noticed the drink and gave it to me. I wasn't waiting for long but I disliked how their attitudes were towards me. I definitely don't recommend...
