This is an easy 5km walk through Curl Curl and Freshwater in the northern suburbs of Sydney. You begin the car park in the north and south Curl Curl Beaches. Head south the pathway towards South Curl Curl Life Saving Cluband the ocean pool nearby. Walk past the pool and take the steps which leads to a small car park. Walk through this and you will come to the Curl Curl Boardwalk with fantastic views along the coast to Manly and North Head. Proceed to the eastern side of the Headland and take the steps past Freshwater rock pool. Follow the path down to the beach and walk up the sand to Ocean View Road. Walk all the way through the car park to Moore Road and then go right. When you reach Albert Street, turn left into the village. Here you have a variety of cafes and shops to explore. To return to Curl Curl, go down Albert Street, turn right into Evans Street and stroll along past many beautiful homes which overlook Freshwater Beach. This makes for a brilliant day, especially on a clear day. There’s basically wonderful views of the ocean everywhere you look. Lovely ❤️

Enjoyed this amazing coastal walk from Curl Curl to Freshwater, the best thing about this walk is that the boardwalk is built along the cliff edge and hugs the beach and coastline so that you have the most fabulous ocean views. There are striking rock formations, rock-pools, sea birds and native coastal plants. It’s also an easy walk and the boardwalk is suitable for anyone. Park at the south end of Curl Curl or you can start from North end to maximise your walk .

A fantastic view all along the board walk, this is an excellent spot to stop and stretch your legs. The path itself is wheelchair and pram friendly, but only if you start from the South Curl Curl end. Fences are a little inconsistent and not especially child friendly, so keep little ones close by.

A stunning walk. In low tide you can walk along the rocks or take the walkway. And the Manly worm hole gives it something special at the southern end
