My friend from North Sydney highly recommended visiting this place for brunch when we visited Freshwater Beach.
We got an avocado toast with a fried egg as an add on and it was really good. The soy and linseed sourdough added a delicious crunch, and the squeezed lemon + olive oil drizzled over really enhanced the taste.
The cashier miscalculated our money at least three times, even though we paid 18 dollars, he tried to convince us it was just 8 dollars 🤣
That was a little silly of an encounter but I’m sure the cashier meant well and I’d give him the benefit of doubt that maybe he was overworked that day :)

I had the egg and pancetta roll - every ingredient complimented the next, nothing was out of place, the pancetta was immediately recognisable as small batch hand crafted with a firm salami flavour throughout that can only be achieved by carefully dry aging for just the right time. Over all the food was enjoyable but kind of lost me with the Jatz Crackers seriously not sure if they ran out of somthing and simply ran to the corner store or was this was a serious menue item.
Surely no self respecting chef would serve a jatz cracker so love to return to figure out the secret missing menue ingredient for...
