The new fit out are very well done, cement benches and minimum Scandinavian style makes the cafe fresh and clean.

The food is simple yet elegant with the toasties taking the pick. The coffee is good and quick and always fresh and clean.

The only issue I could raise is I have been there around 10 times now and when they first opened some of the staff were super confused about how to make coffees and wait times where long and got order wrong a few times... Over the weeks they have smoothed out...

Coffee was disappointing- probably the worst coffee I’ve had in a long time.

Banana bread was really nice but it wasn’t on display so had to ask staff if they had any. It wasn’t cut and I wasn’t given a knife or serviettes to eat it with. I asked for a serviette but couldnt see any knives so didn’t bother asking for one.

Wouldn’t come again unless the coffee improved. Plenty of other cafes...

Very disappointed. Just moved to Freshwater, and trying to find a new local. I have worked in Coffee for over 10 years, and a coffee that I received from here was one of the worst I’ve ever had. The beans were burnt, the milk steamed incorrectly to create a flat texture with too much froth. Also $6.60 for a SMALL coffee, is too much. Avoid this place if you want any...
