Got our order wrong and seemed annoyed at us while we waited for the last sandwich. Used the same tongs for nearly all the ingredients. Perhaps we aren't familiar with Vietnamese food, but there were red non chewable pieces in the classic pork banh mi.

Banh mi itself is ok however the prices are ridicously high and overpriced for what it's valued at.

The Base pork banh is $10 but if you want cripsy pork that's another add on for an extra $3! $10 itself for a banh mi is already way overpriced for a normal banh mi. $13 is ridiculous. Vietnamese aunties would be rolling in their graves if they saw this.

Guess the majority of customers are rich locals who don't understand the proper value of the food. You don't look at the price of food by comparing it to other food options. You buy food for what it's worth and this is ridicously overpriced.

Another shop called 'Banh mi delicious' by the B-line bus stop (1min walk away) serves better banh mi at a better price.

Also find it odd they don't advertise the banh mi and their menu with a price on the google...

Really disappointing. Have ordered the vegan pho from here a few times and it’s usually very good. Ordered tonight and the broth had no flavour at all, the noodles were all in tiny pieces and the herb garnishes were black and wilted. Asked for everything seperate but received everything already made up and as a result lost a bit of the broth in the car! Also, some advice to the girl working - if your take the rubbish out you really should wash your hands immediately after getting back (regardless of whether or not you wear gloves). I was delighted when this place opened near me as it’s hard to get vegan pho but it seems that the standards have slipped so much that I won’t...

I ordered a pork roll with chilli no problem, only to realise that I ordered a chilli roll with pork, I’ve eaten well over 100 rolls with chilli but have never had one almost put me into a coma. I couldn’t even enjoy it since the pork was cold and there was more chilli than pork, ingredients were just a bit of this and a bit of that without any kind of consistency and personally I would stay away from here. If you do get chilli be prepared for rolls that are hotter than actual food you’ll...
