Gong Cha Guildford — Attraction in Sydney

The staff at this location seemed uninterested and unprofessional, making it one of the rudest Gong Cha experiences I've had. After paying and receiving our order, we were then asked to pay an extra 20 cents for two bags—only for the staff to realize that one bag could fit only four drinks, even though we ordered ten! After paying for the bags, we were sarcastically asked, "Is that all today? Can we help you with anything else?"—clearly a rude and dismissive comment. It may be a new store still figuring things out, but I would definitely avoid it...

I have probably bought 100 drinks of gongcha over the years from other branches. This one was built new but the service is so bad. I have ordered a few times and they’ve gotten my drink wrong almost every time. They fill the whole drink with ice when I asked for little ice. I ordered and literally 5 seconds later was handed my drink with the wrong pearls and sugar. It’s only this store because the arabs are serving. I get the same order all the time every Gong Cha I go to. This is the only place that can't get it right, every time I go there it's done differently, either too sweet, or not sweet enough, too much flavour or not enough, or not enough toppings. I don't see the staff using the measuring equipment when they are making the drinks.
