I ordered Adana and pide. Adana was great as and he prepared it as like in turkey. It taste great and you can understand that the chef knows how to prepare it for best taste. Also it was cooked with charcoal. The meat was not like gum. So good that this is the best I taste in Sydney. For minced pide, I specifically ask lahmacun style. He prepared as like it with thin base and it was wonderful. Thanks again, ı will visit...
