The Guildford Espresso — Restaurant in Sydney

Always walked past without taking notice until the wafting rich coffee aromas enticed me in.

Now I'm hooked & I guarantee you will be too! GREAT COFFEE!!

TGE masquerades as a cafe - albeit a scrupulously clean one! In reality it more a restaurant with 2 barristers (Justin & Sush), a lovely waitress (Sandish) & hosts - Anil (call him Neil if u like) & lovely wife anxious to go to ANY lengths to ensure you are satisfied.

During one of the last warm days of Autumn, Anil said why don't I try one of TGE's iced coffees & said he'd guarantee it would be the best. I said "...ahhh - thats what they all say...well, can honestly say;

BEST ICED COFFEE OF MY LIFE!

Am encouraging TGE to supply a pictured menu because what is listed on the wall u gace standing at the counter does not do justice to the quality & range of tastu, nutritious fare that comes from the kitchen.

Make the effort to chat & share a joke with the owners & staff & you'll be rewarded.

TGE is now my preferred GO TO cafe in the area & once you experience it you will likely make...

I am a frequent customer of The Guildford Expresso and have never been disappointed. The food is consistently delicious and fresh, the staff are exceptional, and the service is top-notch. Today, when I ordered through Uber Eats, there was a mix-up with the delivery.They explained that someone had come in and picked up my order and some time later another driver had come to collect and deliver my order... they were confused and concerned, so called me to see if i had received the delivery (I didn't). Despite the confusion, the team at The Guildford Expresso went above and beyond to ensure I received my order. They promptly re-cooked and re-delivered my entire order, demonstrating their unwavering commitment to exceptional customer service. I am continually impressed by their dedication to putting customers first. As always the food was absolutely superb.... if you haven't been to this Cafe, you should try it... you won't be...

Neil and the team have really turned this place around. The burgers are simply amazing and the breakfast burger, hash brown, coffee combo is my go to Saturday must have! During the week I’ve been smashing their chicken burgers and I even tried the Avacado shake which is out of this world! (How can something healthy taste that good?!) The coffee is reflective of everything else they do here - awesome. The attention to detail and their push for excellence is why I keep coming back - never mind the cost being reasonable (boarderline cheap!).
