El mocha — Restaurant in Sydney

Sadly this place has fantastic coffee and food, but service is horrendous. There have been two occasions that I have gone and ordered only to be spoken to rudely and when I made a complaint to the manager my coffee was left on the counter with no one notifying me it was ready. He obviously didn't like the feedback I gave his staff, so I vowed to never go again. Unfortunately, I went again and paid for it.

The second time I went with my family we ordered food and the staff forgot about our order. It also wasn't a very busy night but they just had no idea how to serve or follow up on orders. They told us we couldn't process a refund via card as they needed the manager to approve it. So we asked for a cash refund which they said they could do, but at this stage, we were so frustrated by the lack of solution-focused staff we left.

This place definitely requires better training of staff as the coffee is great. But the rudeness, forgetfulness and lack of professionalism is every reason why I would avoid this place...

I think staff are useless. I will never recommend anyone to order food item from here. I ordered mango milkshake and fruit crepe through uber. I mentioned on the note to add knife and fork. That was second time i was ordering from them. Even before when i did uber from them i mentioned but did not received any utensils with food. But this time it was too much. How would i drink my milkshake without straw???. I am doing uber from my work. Dear staff please read the docket before u send food items. Also you guys did not added icecream which comes with crepe. Food was delicious but the service was not good at all. I understand u guys may be busy, take ur time but do ur job...

☕ A Perfect Start to the Day!

It’s true what they say — A morning coffee makes the day so much better! I visited this café for the very first time and had such a wonderful experience. The staff was incredibly warm and joyous . I absolutely loved how they served and interacted with customers — it felt genuine and welcoming.

The vibe of the place was just as comforting as the coffee itself. Speaking of which, the coffee was amazing! The rich aroma filled the entire space and made the whole experience even more special.

This is definitely going to be one of my favorite spots from now on. Highly recommended for coffee lovers and anyone looking to start their day on...
