Pasticceria Amore Gledswood Hills — Attraction in Sydney

I used to enjoy coming to this place but due to my recent experience, I will have to give this shop 1 star. I placed an order online a week in advance through the given option ,which was Uber Eats. The system was not the best. It made me redo the process a few times and didn't receive an order number at all. I trusted the shop's process and tried not to worry. I noted that my partner would be picking it up as I made this order from US. My partner called to confirm the order and informed her that there's nothing on their end. The shop offered no assistance to the incident and since the payment was still pending at that point, we decided to purchase from a different cafe. Checked my bank account a few days later and found out that the payment went through. I received no email of the receipt or that the order went through on their end. It's quite disappointing as I enjoyed coming to this cafe when I visited...

I needed a birthday cake on very short notice — less than 24 hours — and Sophia at Pasticceria Amore made it happen like magic! Not only did she come through when most places would've said no, but the cake was absolutely stunning and incredibly delicious. The design was beautiful, the flavors were perfect, and you could tell it was made with real care and passion.

Sophia went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, and I couldn’t be more grateful. Everyone at the party was asking where the cake came from — it was definitely a showstopper and a sweet highlight of the celebration!

I have a doctor's appt next door at HealthPoint. I am early and as luck would have it, and I missed breakfast, I stumbled across this little gem called Amore. The bright and cheery look of the place beckoned me in and the equally cheery service convinced me to stay. The delicious looking cakes were tempting but it was too early in the day for that so I ordered a simple flat white and a raisin toast. Both were great. If you find yourself, like me, visiting Gregory Hills and you feel like a coffee, you could do much much worse than giving Amore a try. Anyhow, the doctor is now waiting, my hunger satisfied so...
