2.8 - Came back to try this place again because I noticed there is never many customers. I got a Regular Tiger Milk Tea (seemed small in size) for $6.70. It was terribly sweet, and the pearls were still small and hard. I was wondering why she didn't ask me for ice and sugar preferences, although found out they don't for Tiger drinks. I didn't realise I had reviewed this before, but just reading it again, now I understand why I won't be back. So many other places more popular for a reason! Ps Suspicious Reviews - there was an offer for rating 5 stars, which explains a lot. **** 2.8 - Terrible!! I 've never been here before but decided on a whim, to try it. I got a Thai Milk Tea, and I dunno if it is because we're in a lockdown, but even though the taste of the tea was fine, the Pearls were awful. They tasted small and hard (which is what happens when they have been left overnight, or not cooked properly). What a big let down in times like this.

Date of visit: Sat 15/04 at around 3:30PM First thing first, I had 10 mins wait for my drink which is unimpressive for me. I sat there watching all the preparation and it seems 3 of the employees are either trainees or just too chill. The pace was so slow. They walked slowly, poured the tea slowly, stirred slowly, placed it in the lid maker slowly etc so I assume they're still new? There are other customers waiting for theirs as well by the way. In other bubble tea shops that I've been to, they're more agile and the get drink done much quicker. My drink seems quite tasteless for 50% of sugar and it has like a brown sugar stain on the cup even though what I ordered shouldn't have one it in: pearl pudding herbal jelly premium milk tea. Hopefully this review can be considered seriously. Thank you.

Pros: Good tea and tasty. Prompt service. Nice perfect location just beside Woolworth. One of the 6 places for tea inside Macquarie Shopping centre. This shop is located on the food court floor. So can grab one after food quickly. Good choices overall. Cons: Staffs not welcoming enough. Not greeting customers with a smile. That's why I gave 4 stars. Guys, common, be more professional.

The staff at this Share Tea are rather ignorant and disrespectful and could have costed me my life.

I go to the Macquarie Centre Share Tea quite a lot as I go to Macquarie Centre very often. Each Thursday I go and usually there is this woman who takes my order who I am unsure of her name. But she is rather short (under 160cm) and asian. She is usually rather arrogant or rude when she takes my order and seems annoyed each time I am there. I do not think I have done anything wrong as I am just a 12 year old girl.

But today, there was a different issue. Not even with her. I went there with two of my friends who were waiting around 10 metres away, I ordered a large rose GT with cherry blossom pearls. I did not mention I am allergic to lychee as I said “Large Rose GT with Cherry Blossom Pearls” When I got my order, I did not check the label. I put the straw in, went with my friends and took a few sips then my throat felt like it was burning and I was having troubles breathing. I looked at the label and it said “Large Rose GT with Grape Jelly” I told my friend and then she took a sip of my drink as well, confirming it was lychee. We told our other friend who told her mother, who told us to go back as i spent $7.90 on the tea only for me to not be able to drink it. When we went back, my friend explained that they had gave us the wrong order and I was allergic to lychee and they had used lychee tea it. They said they would give us a new tea and the right order, and seemed to have gossiped about it. I did not get any compensation or anything. I feel like I should have gotten compensation as it could have sent me to the hospital and it still burns and I am still having breathing difficulties a hour later. This is evidence that the staff here are rather ignorant and could have had me in a life or...

The Thursday staff, I am very displeased with the service.

I ordered a simple drink which was a lychee green tea with lychee jelly and it wasn't really busy at the time I ordered yet I waited around 15 minutes for my drink to be complete. There was only one staff available in the store and the staff member looked like they had little experience in making the drinks and had no assistance or support from the other experienced staff members. the staff member was also talking to a customer and I wasn't sure if they were working there or if they were just a regular customer but the staff member invited the "customer" into the store and shook my drink, it was lazily shaken and had put in no effort into my drink whatsoever. As a result, my drink came out very watery and was very unpleasant as the drink was poorly shaken.

Overall I am very disappointed and dissatisfied as this is the first time I was unhappy with their service, they were understaff and had poor assistance both in which need reexamination. They also had the audacity to make my drink poorly and had to wait around for a long time for a simple drink....
