Stove Connection — Attraction in Sydney

I purchased new 4 silver knobs for my St George oven and 1 black knob for my stove top. All were delivered quickly even though it was right before Christmas. The silver knobs are better quality than my original ones and make my oven look brand new! They are a little bit longer but I couldn't get the same style as the black knobs and they fit perfectly. I have scratched the black knob already, well it matches the others now. Thank you for stocking such old parts too. I was told by a service man that it's the Rolls Royce of ovens, even though it's 24yo it's still working well and still looks good so I'd rather replace parts as needed. 10/10 Stove Connection, I will be ordering from you in the future.

Following up this review 8 months later. The silver knobs have bubbled and are not the high quality that they seemed. I contacted stove connection and you would think after spending $190 for 5 knobs that they would send 2 replacement knobs, but unfortunately that didn't happen. Basically bad luck. What a professional and service oriented business Stove Connection are. I order a rotating plate and plastic track for our SMEG microwave oven. We recently moved house and misplaced these items thinking they had been lost. Rang on Monday morning. Ronnie was so helpful and ordered the parts. Took payment and advised that the items may arrive in the afternoon. Received a SMS message saying parts were ready for collection. To my surprise I found the plate and track "hiding" in one of the boxes I hadn't opened yet. Drove by Tuesday morning and asked if there would be any chance that I could request a credit for the items. Ronnie spoke with her manager and told me 'no problems I will refund the purchase price to you credit card' an hour later the refund was back in my credit account. You don't see too many businesses operate this way. It wasn't a large amount. Under $100 but that is such a lovely thing to do and I promise Stove Connection has a future customer and advocate who will recommend the business to family and friends. I just wish to send a thank you for the receipt of my order today. During these times of reduced mail deliveries I couldn’t believe that it came so quickly (7 days). It had to come from the supplier to Stove Connection in the East to Perth. I can’t tell you how very thrilled I am that the SMEG Wok Grid Stand fits perfectly on our De detriech stove top. In fact, I would say that it is a much better part and fit than the one which came with our stove top. As De dietrich (a French company) has gone out of business I was mortified when I dropped the cast iron wok stand on our tiled floor. However, after a couple of visits to electrical shops with a tape measure I found a part that would fit and searched on the web for someone who might be able to help. Even though there was a place in Perth that might have been able to help it was cheaper for me to order through Stove Connection.
