Truly shockingly bad. I had 4 doors installed in late 2020 and each of them has been a disaster. From handles not screwed in, to literally just falling off. Workers have been sent to fix them multiple times in the last 3 years. Now another one is stuffed and I really don’t want to deal with this scam of a company again. I have asked for a refund and been refused. I don’t have the money to get them replaced so I guess I’m stuck with these barely functional doors forever. Staff are nice, but nice does not make for good work. I think the training for the installers may have been a youtube video, I’m not exaggerating. I have done my best to deal with these folks privately but I am completely over it. Edit to reply to CD. I was completely open about the damage caused by my family, this one issue of the many is not my concern. To be clear, never in my life have I had doors fall off even in a house with children. I am not uniquely bad at using doors.... Here's the breakdown. Within 2 weeks of installation: Bifold door not screwed in 7 months after installation: Bifold door comes entirely off track 13 months after installation: Bifold door doesn't open. Track not screwed in properly 2 years after installation: door handle on standard internal door stops working. Not screwed in. 2 years after installation: Sliding door tracks are falling down and pelmet often slides off 2 years after installation: Bifold door nearly completely comes off. This was damage to a fragile door caused by my kids as I was open about at the time. This does not absolve responsibility for this issue or any of the other before or after. If I could leave a ZERO star review, I would. Purchasing a door from this company was the worst experience. After a 3 month battle to get a refund for a door that arrived seriously bowed (a bow of 10mm is totally unacceptable), I finally have a full refund including the DELIVERY CHARGE, which was obtained via a credit card chargeback. Removing their "Damage-free Delivery Guarantee" from their website once the incident was lodged was a classy move. If you find yourself battling to enforce your rights under Australian Consumer Law, do not back down. Lodge a complaint with NSW Fair Trading if they do not comply with their consumer obligations.

The facts remain: ​I claimed the door was bowed at 10mm and provided evidence within hours of receiving it to you and later to my bank. ​You refused to issue a full refund, including delivery. ​My bank/credit card company investigated the evidence provided by both sides and ultimately reversed the full charge, including the delivery fee, via a chargeback. ​The chargeback is the final, undisputed finding in this dispute. Purchased a solid wood entry door and custom frame. Initially great service, however door delivery took longer than quoted due to the warehouse assembling frame prior to delivery which then needed to be shipped back to the warehouse to be disassembled, as apparently can’t be shipped assembled - great start - it was then delivered to the depot. My fault for not properly checking the quote as I assumed it would be delivered to the house address I gave when I ordered.. unfortunately the frame sizing is off, meaning the door is slightly too small for the frame - the latch lock set to the widest possible position and it still can’t meet to close properly and the door just swings open. Complete doors have told us that door bowing to a certain amount is acceptable by Australian standards.. Paid thousands for a door and custom frame that we now need to pay a contractor to fix by adding extra timber to the frame.
