After placing my order, I was contacted to say that the delivery cost would be more than I accepted on their website when ordering. Not impressed. I was told that this was because I was in a regional area. When ordering online I put in my regional address and was quoted a shipping fee. This fee was not honoured and I ended up cancelling my order. I initially felt this might have been a hoax but the professional communication and speed of refund told me it wasn’t dodgy, just unfair. A friend recommended this online shop that sources my favourite coffee brand, one you can hardly find around Australia. They also sell other rare goodies that are probably only familiar to Malaysians/Singaporeans. Organising a pickup(due to lockdown) was easy and packaging it came in was perfect. Tammy was the loveliest person to deal with. I also received a couple of coffee samples and a free mask. I cannot fault the experience and thus highly recommend this shop.
