Here is a great collection of memorabilia from the past Some of which has direct connection to the mountains past. Other items have been donated by people connected with the early pioneers . This small museum is only open on a Sunday, 10am till 3. It's not worth going out of your way to visit but it's worth a look in if you're passing. Run and developed by volunteers the museum showcases life in the Tamborine area. Most of the buildings are original and have been moved to and re-erected on site. Amongst others there is a school, milking parlour, shop, agricultural store, blacksmiths and homestead but all are small. Beautiful piece of past era to visit - a lot of time & effort had gone into preserving so much history to teach our children. Thankyou to all who have donated precious memories and family history so that so much that was valued will not be forgotten.
