Cafe eighty six — Restaurant in Ulladulla

The food is so tasty, with very generous portions. Everything is always made with so much care and thought and cooked to perfection. I only ever eat here when I visit Ulladulla because their menu has something for everyone! you can easily order takeaway there and then eat down on the foreshore l. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The fish and chips are perfectly cooked with your choice of their daily salads, kebabs, fried chicken, bacon and egg rolls & hot chips are so crispy but fluffy & potatoey inside....but the burgers, they really know how to make a truly outstanding burger from the quality of meat used in the patty and the additional toppings that go with it and not only that you are presented with a insta-worthy burger! Stay away from Geo Tower burger! It was listed under plain burger that had beetroot and lettuce, so I assumed the additional $3 for the tower burger would be for extra patty and cheese. So disappointed with just bun and sauce to it. Even a cheese burger at Maccas has jalapenos in it! Consolation was the house juice, should have ordered chicken grill instead

My disappointment was with the burger having no other fillings or pickles. When the plain burger is advertised with beetroot and lettuce, how can I expect a more expensive burger with double meat to be PLAIN? Mine was a takeaway, so couldn't follow up in person. I was there with family for brekky - good ol'fashioned, well cooked real cafe food (no fancy menu but that's the charm, and it was cooked well and coffee was great. (I had Eggs Benny, wife had a bacon & egg sandwich and they also had a great selection of bakery style sandwiches for toasted press which my young boys had some of for brekky with small milkshakes (larger sizes available) - good food done well.) Great service and reasonable prices.
