The worse spa experience of my life. I usually go here as they been pretty good. But I think the team has changed and the only thing they want is money for bad service. I booked a food massage for an hour and 10 mins in my massage I told the therapist that her pressure is too week and that I prefer a harder massage. She said she will use the massage stick for no pressure but she cldnt still manage to do the same. After5 Mins I had to stop the massage as there was literally zero pressure. Then I asked them to convert this massage into a deep tissue massage and that was again the worse ever therapy. She rushed into each step. She forgot to massage my left hand and then she abruptly stopped after 30 mins and said it’s over. She didn’t even finish working on the legs the area where I told them I want the most pressure. And as I told he I am not happy she reacted saying I am also not happy ... and was rude to the point. Then I thought I will speak to the receptionist who turned out to be the most rudest and arrogant guy working in a spa ever. He got into a argument trying to defend the entire episode. I had to show him my loyalty card to inform him that I come here often and never had this issue and now today I not only get a horrible massage but the most horrible customer service. He try’s to make me pay for a one hour massage which I got only 40 mins of and after such bad experience. I had to ask him to control his voice and call for the manager. The manager then comes and try’s to understand but instead of a giving a solution and respecting a old customer he try’s to negotiate and asks for $50 instead of $85 !!!! Bloody joke !!!! He spends 10 mins trying to ask me to pay the money and that 30 mins they will give me the therapy next time free... and I tried to explain that this is by far my worse experience ever.... but after all this time they are not interested in regular customers but want the money and nothing else. As a ex spa owner myself having trained 500+ therapists and managing 20+ spas I can review with authority that this is the ‘WORSE’ ever in the world. I tore my loyalty card as I paid them $50 as a donation as they will need...

Read moreI recently had a remedial massage at Piyawat Thai Massage, and my experience has been disappointing. Despite paying an extra fee for the remedial massage, which is what I believed would be a therapeutic treatment, the outcome has left me severely injured and in excruciating pain in my foot.
What’s more disheartening is the lack of resolution from the store. Unfortunately, the staff’s failure to offer any concrete resolution is deeply concerning.
The pain and inconvenience I endure are substantial, impacting various aspects of my daily life. Despite expressing my dissatisfaction, I’ve received no acknowledgement or effort from the store to rectify the situation. It’s disheartening to see a lack of customer care and responsibility from a business that should prioritise the well-being of its clients.
I want to highlight this experience as a cautionary tale for others considering services from Piyawat Thai Massage. There is a great risk of having a massage at this store as it would cause serious injury. Also, the absence of a reasonable resolution raises serious concerns about the professionalism and customer service standards of this establishment. I hope this feedback prompts a reevaluation of their practices and a commitment to better serving their clients...
