The food was consistent, though sometimes they miss the 'on the side' part but are always OK to fix it. But portions appear to have shrunk serving what seems to be a kids sized waffle as adult. The icecream bowl was almost as big as the waffle!!! I see there is new management which explains the cutting back and shrinkflation. The service has got progressively worse over time. The only staff member that acknowledges you are the ones that take your order. Our food/drinks are delivered silently without even asking whose food/drinks are whose and they never ask if that’s everything and never ask how our food is.
