One of the best swimming locations in Vienna. Be aware that it gets busy on weekend afternoons, but still far less crowded than on the other side. Water temperature in the summer stays consistently around 25C. Algae is usually mowed Monday morning to afternoon.

Es ist ein Himmel auf Erden, ich liebe diesen Ort wirklich, und so moderne Restaurants dort und zu viel Spaß und der beste Ort zum Schwimmen, und vor allem sind die Boote, die man fahren kann, nachdem die Sonne untergegangen ist, es ist wirklich die beste Aussicht aller Zeiten Also entspannt und überhaupt nicht teuer ein Boot 29€ 1h für 4 Personen 😍 mein Lieblingsplatz (for ever🤤) see you soon my love alte donau dream

Wunderbar Ort zum Spaß haben und schwimmen. Genügend Platz tagsüber, am Abend etwas voller. Wenig Schatten Plätze, aber dafür das Wasser in der Nähe 😋 Brunnen sind vorhanden... Und es ist gratis. Im Bad gegenüber will man 6,40 € Eintritt

A great place to hand out in warm summer days and nights. Lots of water activities are available and also lots of bars and restaurants. Easy access using the U1 metro to Alte Donau station. Also...
