This is the worst ice ring in town! The stuff is incredibly rude. The quality of the ice is terrible. The classes for kids are completely mediocre! The only and single thing they care about is to make money. It is a complete scam! Don’t fall for the deal to buy ice skates from them! It is a total scum! Also comparing to other places, the kids’ classes last shorter and there are more expensive! Next year we will enroll our kids on a different course at a different ice ring!
Today my both kids were on the ice as they were on previous Sundays for their usual Sunday course. If the weather isn’t super cold the ice melts and it gets bumpy and dangerous to skate. The teacher of our kids always seems to be extremely bored and uninterested in teaching! There are 2 other teachers that are more engaging but the one of our kids is completely unprofessional. She always teaches them the same things without even paying attention to what they do. Also, in this ring there are so many kids having courses at the same time in a very limited space that makes it really hard to move! The class lasts 40 minutes by the clock and is more expensive than other places at which the classes last one hour and are held by professional teachers on impeccable ice!
The only nice part is the view you can enjoy from the ring, but unfortunately the owners and most of the stuff treat the people and the place very poorly…
We paid 180 euros per kid for the course (in cash) and around 350 euros for the skates from which we will get back next year if we return them (only 70 euros (for both pairs) for basically brand new skates that they then use as rentals!! So basically they gain money in every step!)
Next year, we will take our kids to another incredible ice ring in town with fantastic teachers and cheaper price for a full hour per class. The stuff is also very friendly and professional! The space is big and the ice maintained regardless of...
Read moreAs long as the temperature stays below zero, the ice at this rink remains ideal, free of puddles, and you can have a smooth skating experience. The rental shoes are excellent quality. The place is located on a rooftop, which offers the perfect setting to enjoy the sunny days. They even organize weekly themed evenings like ice disco Fridays and couple's nights on Thursdays. Some attentive staff members even check on you if you take a fall during busy days.
However, the positives are overshadowed by significant drawbacks, hinting at a lack of concern for customer satisfaction.
Information, especially regarding pricing, is frustratingly hard to find online, buried deep on this page, and a useless abandoned website. Lengthy wait times, inconsistent payment methods, and cumbersome subscription processes further dampen the experience. The cost, especially for rentals and subscription plans, feels excessive, particularly considering the limited window of ideal ice conditions.
Moreover, encounters with unwelcoming staff tarnish the overall atmosphere, with some displaying fatigue or hostility towards visitors. Clear communication of rules often is forgotten to abrasive enforcement, lacking the patience and understanding necessary for a positive experience.
It would be ideal for everyone, them included, if they listened to reviews instead of staying in a system that worked 50 years ago. In light of these shortcomings, it's evident that this venue falls short of expectations, making it difficult...
Read moreAn otherwise fun experience ruined by a very rude employee. The entry price and rental is not cheap, so was very disappointed at the low standard of customer service.
I have never been spoken to so rudely by someone like this, especially not in a setting such as that one. Very disappointed. I usually never leave reviews and never complain about customer service interactions, because I know from experience how trying they can be. But I would never raise my voice or speak in such a clearly aggressive tone to anyone, let alone a customer. Just be prepared for a rude interaction if you go...
