I can thoroughly recommend Penworld; their customer service is second to none. Previous purchases have always been prompt and accurate and in the last few weeks, Yves at Penworld has first exchanged a pen following a minor (and understandable) error over a Christmas order placed by my husband and then rapidly despatched a replacement for that pen when it was damaged in the post. Truth be told, the quality of the product is only second to the customer service and personalized treatment. I ordered two pieces a couple of weeks ago and then something was off with the delivery address.
