It's an old castle full of history. We are glad to have a chance to join an English guide tour. We went inside the castle and visited a few rooms. The big lecture room, rooms talking about the history of Arenberg family and De Croÿ family. The interior design is fantastic! Through the guide tour, we understood the architecture, how was the building and its different stages. We also understood the stories of these two families. Center piece of the Arenberg Park. The castle itself looks great, very picturesque but the surrounding park is especially worth the visit. In front of the castle there's a large area to sit or picnic. The inside of the castle is mostly used for lectures (architecture students) but also for thesis and dissertation defences.
