Had the boules de liege with a sauce based on their beer Black. Very tasty and well sized portion. Selection of beers is limited to 4 regulars - the famous blonde Curtius, a delicious refreshing pils, a fruity pale ale and the dark belgian stout, and a fifth seasonal beer. At the time its was a blond (?) with belgian waffles, cinnamon and sirup added in the brew process. Tasty and a curious idea, but I wouldnt be able to quaff a whole pint. It wasnt bad, just very full in flavour. The beers are generally very well made and tasty. Personel very cheerful and pleasant and the buildings and garden...

Usually it is almost the best bar-restaurant with a good selection of beers in Liege! BUT I really don't recommend BRUNCH! 😖 Unfortunately, for 28 euros you will receive products like 1 egg, 1 slice of cheese and sausage, regular salad and yogurt, half a bread in an egg and a quarter of pancakes. Finally, you can choose either coffee OR orange jus :((

Dear managers, please, take a closer look at your chef, and do something interesting and tasty with the Brunch. Your great and established reputation requires it!

( my bad review is just...

beautifully restored old building, now very cozy restaurant and brewery with terrace. great atmosphere very nice food, we really enjoyed it staff very friendly and helpful, though quite confused, maybe because it was so busy - they forgot to give us cutlery, then they forgot napkins, but you could see they were trying their best the beer was very nice as well

just maybe consider climbing the stairs before visiting the brasserie ;)

good luck guys with what you do! if i happen to come to Liege again, i will surely...

Brasserie C was still closed when we arrived and because it’s hidden in a narrow alley we thought that might be a place only insiders know about. Ok, we were wrong. The whole place was crowded within minutes. I would say that happened for good reason: good Belgian beer and food, nice service and a location with medieval flair because the restaurant is located in an ancient nunnery. It’s really worth going there! Try it

Great place to enjoy wide range of house-brewed local beers. Lots of outdoor seating areas including a garden. Small menu of local specialties (meatballs, cheeses) plus burgers, boards and frites. Staff are all nice, helpful and multi-lingual. Reserve ahead - especially during holiday seasons and winter as the indoor space is not as big. It’s located up a couple stairways, so follow signs.

Had a fantastic time at brasserie C. Went for lunch and we had a fantastic chat time. The place is very large with a lot of seating both inside and outside. Beers were delicious, I enjoyed the sour beer. And ordered the burger. Some of the reviews claimed the burger was not that good, but they were very mistaken. Burger was fantastic. Would highly recommend visiting this spot if in Liège.
