Les Cuistots — Restaurant in Liège

Great surprise! We've been hungry and looking for decent food. The staff of Les Cuistots had brought their food outside, attracting us from afar. Communicative in English, relayed contents of their menu & we quickly decided. Francophone Chef was in a giddy mood on this sunny day. He moved the table (on the street) for us to have a meal in the sun.

Quick summary: The food was delicious, the components fresh, the composition – befitting, the portions just right and the price just. What is more to be desired? IMHO...

I went to this place today just for a coffee, but I left with so much more. The staff is extremely kind and welcoming, and the atmosphere is truly comfortable and warm. They have many vegetarian and vegan options, as well as many Turkish dishes, all delicious! Given its strategic location near the citadel, I highly recommend stopping there and recharging your batteries before climbing...
