I was a chaperone on my child's field trip today, and felt it was necessary to leave a review on how unprofessional our tour guide was. She was so incredibly rude towards the children. I was honestly so shocked at how comfortable she was with yelling at someone else's children. It bothered me so much that I had a hard time enjoying the experience and was looking forward to learning more about Harrison. At one point she was leaned over Harrison's daughter's bed yelling , "What are you doing?!" at the kids who touched the bed as they were standing up to leave the room. Yes, they were told not to touch anything and we were all reminding them but the way she yelled at the children was just uncalled for. After the tour was over she even tried justifying herself by coming up to me and saying, "I apologize for all the yelling. We just have to keep order." I'm sure my face said it all through out the tour because why else would she approach me like that and then thinks that justifies yelling at children the way she was. This would've been such an awesome educational experience had the tour guide showed more patience towards them. I don't even remember her name but she was a blonde with shoulder length hair.
