Yum!! It's hard to find "good" sushi in Indiana. There's nothing out there that will blow your mind, but if you want a nice solid option in downtown then this is going to be a go to for my family! The fish was fresh and rolls were balance. Some too saucy for my personal taste but it didn't take away from the integrity of the rolls. I usually don't order teriyaki hibachi... but I had a hankering so we got one to share in addition to sushi and it was SO good. They said their sauce is house made and you could tell it was just a tad different than the usual flavor. Our table orderd 5 rolls... I didn't get pictures of any of them because we were ravenous lol. They were beautiful though! We ordered too much food because we still think we have the metabolism of a high schooler lol... (This now is one of three frequent places I will go for sushi in Indiana - Asaka, OneWorld, and here)

My daughter and I eat here nearly every evening on our way home from school. The atmosphere is so friendly and inviting. The food is fresh, delicious and a good value. We stop in on school nights for a quick California roll and side of hibachi veggies to go. My daughter doesn’t eat vegetables at home, but she eats them if the chefs at Isuka prepare them! Fridays, we dine in and try to choose something special we haven’t tried before. Eventually, I hope to make it through the menu! The smoothies are also delightful. The American Dream and 16th Street rolls are especially delicious. This place can’t be beat for friendly staff and owners that treat their guests like family, clean and trendy environment and amazing food served quickly.

I wanted very much to love this place - decent sushi and a halal menu could go a long way for me - but a few technical points meant I couldn't quite get there. The yakitori was ok but a touch underseasoned. Meanwhile the yakisoba portion (esp. in terms of noodles) is small, although the ratio of chicken is generous enough. What could be quite decent sushi in terms of the fish is let down by rice that is over hydrated and underseasoned. While we probably will be back eventually out of a desire to support them and their expanding of halal options in the Indy metro area, I had much higher hopes for the caliber of cooking from a team with multiple restaurants.

What started out as a horrible experience due in most part to Doordash not the restaurant ended in what was some of the best customer service I've received in quite some time! To make a long story short I ordered from them Saturday night thru doordash. 2 hibachi meals and a shrimp tempura roll......all I received when it arrived was one Hibachi meal 🤦🏾‍♀️ I noticed it almost immediately so I called the restaurant who immediately took responsibility for their mistake and promptly called doordash to rectify it. Doordash then refused to give me a refund for whatever reason even tho the restaurant called and told them they had messed up the order. Fast forward to two days getting the run around with doordash to still not receive compensation for over 40 dollars worth of food I didn't receive I decided to call the restaurant back just to see if they could do anything. I was informed the manager wasn't in yet but they would take a message and call me back, I promptly got a call back about 30 minutes later from the manager who went above and beyond to rectify the situation even calling doordash personally and demanding they refund my money but they still refused! I didn't even know they offered delivery but since doordash wouldn't fix it she offered to have the missing items delivered to me personally even tho they were 30 minutes to close! I was stunned! Customer service doesn't exist like this anymore! I'll be back just because of that alone, the food isn't bad either what I received anyway lmao. I'm waiting on my delivery now and wanna thank Amanda for going out of her way to rectify the situation and the other kind lady who attempted to help last night but couldn't get anywhere with doordash either 😒. Sorry for the long winded post but yes eat here it's great and if you don't go for the food the customer service in itself is a breath of fresh air🥰 Edit: Received my food and I hate to say it wasn't good at all. My steak in my steak and scallop hibachi was still mooing and the scallops had a weird off putting taste to them and my sushi roll was warm and off putting tasting too. Maybe the cook was different this night. I still won't count them out due to the fact they have excellent customer service. Just hope it's...

I ordered the steak w/ rice plate, and added a side of the grilled veggies. In all honesty I felt like what I ordered was overpriced. The steak was a very small amount, and they gave me ALOT of rice. That might be a good thing for some of you, but I didnt want to pay for a bunch of rice. I had also paid an extra $3 for a side of grilled veggies which was only like half of a handful of veggies, the total came out to be like $17 without a drink. And tbh, the food was just ok. I did see they had sushi lunch specials, those might be good. But the food was disappointing, I normally go to Bentos but wanted to try this place out. I wished I would have gone to Bentos, great tasting food, and a great quantity for $13. I may be back here for the sushi, I did hear a couple of women say they loved this place, so maybe sushi is their forte? This place is real nice, chill place. I like the ambiance and the service is great! The guy that gave me my order was kind and serviceable. My review was solely based on the...
