I absolutely love this place, I fell in love with instructors and whole atmosphere in the studio. It’s really a place where you can let go, relax, recharge , find yourself, feel yourself, appreciate yourself. I’m super grateful for my body which I have now since 1,5 years attending classes. I went from the first step ( connection class) till the end ( synthesis) which is my favorite now. So don’t skip the ladder, don’t skip connection and balance , if you want a meaningful practice with full understanding what you are doing, go for it. I absolutely like Nat’s approach and the way she is cueing. This place will introduce you to your pelvic floor muscles ( which I’ve heard about but never ever thought how important it is in our body to relax it sometimes ). Also I want to say thanks to Sheala for her meditation classes, I like her voice and the vibe. My meditation journey has started from her.
Shamana’s community is beautiful. Nat really holds the space for you. Membership rates are affordable, you get unlimited access to all classes, just go and move your body morning, noon or evening. If you can’t make it, there is an online platform with life or prerecorded classes. Studio is nice and clean and all Covid regulations take place. There is something for everyone - from yin, to vinyasa, power yoga, pilates, and barre classes. The teachers give great cues and adjustments to help you reach your goals. I have been doing yoga for a number of years and I thought that I knew a lot about yoga but yesterdays class took that to a whole new level. I really loved how Nat used anatomy and physiology to really help the class get into the positions( I work in healthcare) so I found it extremely helpful and insightful. This class has helped me to find a new level of awareness in my yoga practice that I didn’t know I could achieve.
