Lots of potential, but the guest experience is lacking. This hotel clearly has potential. The property is beautiful, and it’s obvious the management team care and have invested a lot of time and energy here. But what lets it down is the inconsistent service and lack of attention to guests. I’ve rated it 4 stars, not because the experience earned it, but because I want to support what they’re trying to build. The positives: • Fantastic location, just a short walk into Hamilton. • Beautifully renovated property. Our room was newly refurbished and very comfortable although lacking some amenities. • Housekeeping was excellent. • The on-site restaurants are great. Breakfast was fresh, and we enjoyed dinner at both restaurants (definitely book ahead, the pizza is great!). • The Current EV rentals nearby are a fun and easy way to explore Bermuda. • On arrival, we were greeted warmly, though no info was shared about amenities or breakfast, which may just be a personal preference. Where it fell short: • Reception is often unstaffed. Other team members walked by multiple times without a greeting or offer to help. This was also noted when coming back to the hotel. • Our room was initially missing towels. We messaged the team (as suggested), but no response came for over 2 hours. Even then, towels weren’t delivered, until I asked at reception 3.5 hours later, where I was met with unnecessary hostility. When we went to use them, one towel had a dark stain. • I shared this feedback with a manager the next morning, she was lovely and genuinely helpful. I appreciated that. • The next day, when asking to borrow for beach towels, I was told to get them from the pool myself. When I mentioned there were none, I was met with disbelief. • At the pool, a staff member on her phone barely looked up. When I asked if there were any more seat covers for the lounge, she responded with a huff. • Three what appeared to be off-duty staff members occupied three separate pairs of lounges with shad while other guests needed to sit in sun. • Messages to their texting service go unanswered, even with follow up. None of this is catastrophic, but it adds up. When you book a boutique hotel, you expect a level of attention that wasn’t there. It felt like the majority of the team weren’t invested. And based on other recent reviews, it seems this isn’t an isolated case. I genuinely hope the hotel gets this right. The location, setting, and vision are excellent. This could be a standout property, it just not there at the this point.

We had a wonderful mini break at the Rosedon Hotel. The location is perfect for a quick walk into shops, restaurants and the ferry. The hotel is stunning, around the pool is the perfect place to relax, take some amazing pictures and sip champagne for the day. We enjoyed all the restaurants on the grounds and can't rave enough. The pizza is delicious and the Sunday breakfast was absolutely amazing. Racheal made our stay by the pool perfect and had wonderful suggestions on things to do around the island. Concierge was very responsive and helpful and communicated timely via text with any questions or needs. We will absolutely be back.

The most charming hotel, perfectly nestled on the island, just a 10-minute walk into Hamilton, making it easy to explore the city while still feeling tucked away. You can easily hop in a taxi to St. George’s, Horseshoe Bay, Dockyard, and more. Their two restaurants, Clarabell’s and Huckleberry, served some of the best food and drinks we had on the island. The staff was beyond accommodating, making for the perfect weekend escape. 10/10 recommend!

This hotel is truly charming. Quaint, peaceful, and simply wonderful. The front garden is beautifully maintained, and enjoying breakfast on the front porch is a delightful experience. The included breakfast is outstanding, offering a wide variety of delicious options. The bar is warm and cozy, perfect for unwinding. The staff is fabulous, friendly, attentive, and welcoming. Room renovations are tastefully done, and the beds are exceptionally comfortable. However, a few enhancements could elevate the experience from wonderful to exceptional: Lighting: The bedroom area is too dim, especially near the table and chairs. Additional lighting would make the space more functional and inviting. Window Treatments: The windows currently offer only blackout curtains or full exposure. Adding sheer curtain panels would allow natural light in while maintaining privacy. Vanity Space: A small table and mirror in the closet area would be ideal for makeup application, especially since the lighting there is excellent and there's ample space. Hooks: More hooks in the bathroom or closet area would be helpful for hanging wet items. Bathroom Mat: A larger floor mat would help manage water from the otherwise wonderful shower. VERY IMPORTANT: In-Room Safe: This is essential for business travelers. A secure place for laptops, passports, and valuables is a must. I would not stay again without this feature. Pool Area Odor: The restaurant’s fryer vent seems to release unpleasant smells into the pool area, which detracts from its charm.

Overall, this hotel offers a lovely and tranquil atmosphere, ideal for both business and leisure travelers. You truly feel the warmth of Bermuda...

The location was perfect, close to Hamilton buses, ferry and restaurants. The hotel is charming but there is nowhere to walk or sit (like a lobby), mainly outdoors... Overall we liked the hotel but there is definitely a lot of room for improvement, especially considering the price of the hotel. There was almost never anyone at reception. The text messaging system was left unanswered. We are not demanding people at all but we were lacking some basics very often, which shouldn't be. They are supposed to provide complimentary water. We only had our room done 3 times but they almost never replenished the water and when we asked them, it was always hard to find. When our room was done, they never provided hand towels! We had to ask each time (thankfully we reuse the same towels a couple of days), otherwise this would have been so painful. The room cleaning was inconsistent... Some put a liner bag in the trash, others didnt. In the beginning we had no sheet under the comforter, one day someone added a sheet... once they didn't put a fitted sheet on the mattress and it kept coming out all night. When we checked in, it was very rushed with minimal information provided. They could offer a better tea selection in the rooms (only English breakfast). We ordered a pizza from Clarabell once and the hotel was supposed to call us when it was ready but they didn't so we ended up with a cold pizza. After staying there for 7 days, we felt that overall it was missing that sense of belonging and warmth and feeling of being spoiled a little considering the price. We appreciated the afternoon snacks in the dome which came as a surprise one day (something they could have told us when we...
