While I appreciate the importance of this place, where the declaration of independence was signed, and the associated exhibits here, as a museum it is in my opinion very poorly organized. There are no signs pointing you in which direction to go (in which order to visit the rooms). It is hard to tell which rooms are even open for public as they might have a sign at the door suggesting it can be visited, bit the doors are closed. The exhibits appear to be a random collection of things, some rather remotely connected to the fight for independence and/or colonial times. My issue is related how the museum is not doing effort to explain how independence got acchieved, who were the founding fathers and how Sucre were important to achieve independence. I have found that the museum tour schedule is a bit unpredictable or that they don't communicate it well. It took me 3 visits to finally get a tour lol. Each time they told me to come back in the afternoon/tomorrow telling me different tour times. So when I came bavk, they would tell me to come back another time.
