A small but beautiful beach. It is much quieter than Copacabana, Ipanema, or Leblon, as it is really just locals from Vidigal, as well as tourists from the Sheraton. There are two or three Barracas selling beer and caiprinhas and usually someone selling kangas and swimwear - and that's it! Very relaxing and also great for surfing! Very nice beach, not very many people at all (which is my preference). The entrance is a few hundred feet before the sheraton hotel if you are walking from Vidigal Favela.
