Best advise I would say… Go during a week day and not the weekend. Buy your tickets in advance from the official website. This will save you a lot of time, however what your not aware of, is that you still need to go to the ticket office to collect your ticket which can take time. So please add that factor into your planning.

Get the earliest tram, if possible ( I got the 07:20am tram) the reason being why…is because this Brazilian landmark get soooooo busy up there, it’s beyond crazy at times. If you don’t like big crowds in small spaces, then be aware.

If you get the earliest tram, then those 20mins before the next tram comes up. I would make the most of taking pictures (especially having Christ in the background) . Because if you don’t your end up having 100s of people in your photos. This landmark I would say, is the craziest place for the amount of Instagram photo shoot happening.

However the views from Christ, are stunning and breathtaking especially on a clear sunny day, so make sure you take plenty of pictures. It’s definitely worth a visit. It gets you from A to B and has some history and a couple good views. It was I think 42 euro on get your guide. Maybe the price is different if you buy there idk. That included entry to the Christ the redeemer statue. My ticket was for 2 pm but I arrived a little late and it was no issue they gave me a ticket for 2:20pm. They take your picture before you get on the train with a background of the monument. If I remember it costs 40 reais for the picture if you want it when you're leaving so like 6-7 euro. It doesn't explicitly state on getyour guide but it does include a return ticket the lady tells you that there. I tried to take a guide van before I booked the train but the guide van website only supports Brazilian documents for some reason so I took the train. La experiencia en el tren del corcovado ha sido la peor experiencia que he tenido en un viaje, nunca había sido tan maltratada Compramos un ticket online para el tren de las 2 pm llegamos desde la 1 30 cómo decía la reserva, cuando llegamos al sitio no había información de que fila hacer unos decían una cosa otros otra. Total que tuvimos que hacer más de tres horas de fila a pesar de que teníamos tickets comprados y reserva del tren de las 2, pasaban personas de cualquier horario habían unas de las cuatro que pasaron antes que nosotros cómo a las 3, además daban prioridad a las personas ur venían en tour así que cada vez que llegaban más de 50 personas de un tour teníamos que esperar a que pasaran primero. Finalmente nos montaron en el tren y nos dejan si aire acondicionado y parados (no había puesto sentados) por más de media hora allí hasta que nos dicen que no hay electricidad y no saben cuando vuelve, que tenemos que hacer una fila de nuevo para pedir la devolución del ticket, me le acerque a alguien a preguntar si habíamos comprado el ticket online teníamos que hacer esa fila y me dijeron que si, después de 40 minutos más de fila llegamos a la taquilla y me dicen que no nos pueden hacer el reembolso porque los tickets los compramos online y me dieron un email para que escribiera (me pregunto no me pudieron dar el email desde que pregunté la primera vez ? No puede aunque sea pasar alguien por la fila preguntando quiénes compramos el ticket online y darles el email para que escribiéramos ?) hubo un señor que frustrado pedía que al menos le cambiaran la fecha para el ticket para el día siguiente y que lo dejaran pasar sin hacer fila y se negaron, la atención al cliente es la peor que he visto en mi vida fue una experiencia horrible Saliendo de allí se nos acercan unos tipos ofreciendo el servicio de van exclusiva para subir al corcovado (cómo había leído que las dos formas de subir era en unas van exclusivas y el tren le creí) nos cobraron 100 reales a cada uno por llevarnos al lugar donde se tomaban las van exclusivas donde por supuesto tuvimos que pagar 86 reales más y hacer otra fila de una hora para subir al corcovado, luego nos dimos cuenta que a ese punto hemos podido haber subido en taxi por 20 reales cada uno o menos Arriba me contó otra victima del tren que vio el tren en funcionamiento y estaba bajando vacío así que le contó la historia y les pidió que por favor lo dejaran bajar en el tren para no hacer la fila de vuelta a la van y le dijeron que cómo ya le habían dado el reembolso no lo podían montar en el tren Definitivamente un vía crucis llegar a...
