Someone needs to over hall the structure right front start to finish in regards to the inefficiencies in the day to day operations of the bingo and concession. There is so much potential to minimize the unnecessary waste that goes on in the bingo and concession. This includes time management, labour, customer satisfaction... The disorganization of both the bingo and concession are stressful and weigh heavily and negatively on the customers and staff. Perhaps some very resourceful, less stressful changes would help you retain and take the stressful burdens off of the dedicated (but mistreated) staff you already have.

Pay attention, listen, learn! Most changes can be done here without any additional expense. Happy Staff! Happy Customers!...

I dropped by to look for my friend's girlfriend, he suspended she was there cheating on him. I'm pleased to announce that she wasn't and while I wasn't there for long the staff were both friendly and professional in nature. I didn't feel any pressure and when I entered they checked my bags and my jacket for me. I didn't spend any money and they didn't take exception to this, best of all when I was done and I explained my purpose for attending they were quite understanding and supportive of my agenda. This made me feel better about my situation and while I was quite comfortable with my mission and objective somehow the staff made me feel even better about the entire experience.
