Ali Baba Pizza Duncan — Restaurant in British Columbia

I used to love this place, but since they changed their menu options about 5 years ago I haven't liked some of the pizza options. But that not the issue with the low rating... honestly pizza wise it's still good... but my issues are:

When I call to place an order whoever takes my call some how manages to mess my order up somehow, either wrong pizza, wrong toppings, wrong crust etc.. another time when they delivered they pulled into my neighbors driveway. When they realized it was the wrong address the DROVE ACROSS MY LAWN TO MY DOOR instead of pulling back out on the road and up my driveway. And lastly... the cleanliness of the shop in duncan itself is disgusting... the doors and windows are Filthy. The pop fridge is dirty and the warmer that they keep the sliced pizzas in looks like it's never been cleaned. It's time to whip this place back into shape or shut it down there are plenty of other good pizza...

Hi there, I am SO flipping mad right now! Right now, I am using my SONS google acount right now because I don’t have one but I am so angry! Here’s the story: Today I went into your establishment and ordered five large pepperoni pizzas and five more large pepperoni pizzas, and I modified it by adding extra pepperoni and MORE?! And when I obtained those five pizzas and five more I was highly, and I mean HIGHLY, revolted, dissatisfied, enraged, and balistic because I only received SOME extra pepperoni, not extra and more! I use my hard earned money just to pay for what you call pizza? I am never, and I mean never, entering this establishment again. I am super embarrassed and humiliated for you guys. Do better. When Alibaba opened more than 20 years ago the franchise was amazing they had things like artichoke hearts and spinach and feda cheese on a pizza they called gourmet it was absolutely amazing even had pesto sauce and it was only $4.20 taxes including the taxes.it was and still a quarter of a large everyday it was phenomenal unfortunately they're riding on their name more than their providing the same quality of products and services they used to so I'm disappointed to say they aren't what they used to be however one place that does not do that is authentic pizza they still make their own sauce and dough on a daily basis because they're vege8tables and me as required and they provide the best pizza experience year and a half hands down if your fortunate enough to...
