Love the area.it has nice little shops there and of course save on foods the people that work there are so kind and friendly.they help me out alot .always having a 😁 as soon as you walk in there's a security guard there that always smiles and says hi and it also makes you feel safe when you go into the store I find that very satisfying for me thank you save on foods for being in the cowichan valley I really appreciate it .I got a message this morning asking me if I would like to renew anything on here the only thing I can say about save on foods is there still the best ever the company there is great they always make you feel welcome if you need anything at all they're there for you thank you to all the safe on workers Tina Johnson...

It's not about the store. It's just that there's a lack of real customer service engagement. Everybody is just like. Oh, I'm doing my job, and there's no real connection. My Daughter and I visited The Dog House this evening on our way home from Victoria. I was pleasantly surprised. From the outside, the building looks largish but in entering, it's HUGE. So nicely spaced out that it doesn't seem crowded.. Lots of staff to look after us after being shown a comfortable table. The menu has so many options, it was hard to choose. Marina was charming. She suggested the menu specials and we decided our choices. She and other staff attended our needs and it was a lovely experience. Food was large portions and so tasty. We definitely will go Back...
