I love coming here, the center of the shop is always full of interesting things to check out, and frequently there will be someone presenting a product. As to the general mechandice, there is an incredible array of various products, so pretty well anything you could want is available here. The flour and spice varieties are full-spectrum; flours made from various grains are available as are most spices in whole or ground forms. Pastas available in a wide assortment of both organic grains and gluten free. The vegetables are always fresh and crisp, and they even carry some meat products; I come here specifically when I want to make a bone broth. The people who work here are very knowledgable, helpful, and friendly. There is even a loyalty based program where you can save quite a bit on your monthly expenses. You walk in and immediately smell the organic veggies - it immediately smells "like health" if I had to describe it 🍋🍎🍅 the prices are pretty good, especially with the groceries, spices and bulk areas ☺️🤌 this is by far, my favourite store for health, wellness and organic groceries - it's filled with surprises too!
