The wood shed, chopped and ready to use.The kitchen built at the edge so it could be used year round. The old black stove, I am old enough to remember my mother and family preparing Turkey one Christmas in the UK on such a stove. The power was out. We had the whole place to ourselves, and I was impressed with the protocols in place - lots of sanitizer, hand washing, and distancing. We made two really neat crafts, learned some interesting history, and got to bake gingerbread men in the historic fireplace! Its amazing to be in such a beautiful restoration with such deep, deep love put into it. There's so much care in this property and it serves an important role in the community via a seed garden for local kids.
