I wrote a review on this establishment and I was pleased that they responded however I cannot find where I can respond to their response! I would just like to point out that they did reply to my concerns as I feel that that is important! I had written.................. "While there are some fun activities for kids I don't think there is a great variety and I found the place rather grubby actually. I was not happy to walk around in my sock feet there"
Response from the owner 5 hours ago "We are sorry that you feel this way. We are the new owners and have not had a chance to update much but will in the near future. The no shoes and socks rule is placed because the facility is carpet and we do not want the carpet to get ruined before we update to something new. "
I am pleased to hear that there are new owners and I am curious as to how long that has been. Also; I wondered if the new owners were aware of the existing Facebook page where there are also some negative reviews that they might want to respond to??

Read moreI recently went to Little Goobers for my friends' son's fifth birthday. This was a private function over the Holidays and included 25 kids and their parents. By all accounts the kids had a great time as there were plenty of things to occupy them for 4 hours. The facility was large enough to satisfy the kids and spacious enough to provide room for the parents to entertain themselves and mingle about. The hostess - Maria, was excellent and she and her colleagues had the facility ready for this private function. The facility was extremely clean, and well equipped to accommodate about 50 to 60 people (including the kids) with ease. There was a large sit down area with counter space to serve the food. I highly recommend this facility for similar functions, as it went off without a hitch. Read moreWould have been a much higher rating if staff was a little more pleasant. The space itself was good but considering we were paying customers renting out the space, the employee that was there was very rude and not welcoming at all. Aside from that fact that there was no overlap time to setup (we were basically setting up during someone else’s party), when our guests were arriving, there was a misunderstanding in which we thought we had a half hour to set up. The employee stated that we didn’t in an incredibly rude condescending way and was very dismissive not only to us but our guests as well. Sending them off for not having socks which I understand is a policy but maybe giving them an option where to pick up some might be a little more helpful.
Needless to say we won’t be returning or suggesting it...
