Great place to ride a bike. Paved path. Gets very busy on the weekends, heads up. They have a parking lot in the south end. They also have fire pits and picnic tables, they fill up fast during the summer months, especially in the evenings, and during the day and night in summer months during the weekend. You get the odd Karen on the paths, especially when your bike riding, and their walking. I just remind them, to mind their business, the path is for both BIKES and walkers. if your riding above the valley on the bike path, looking down into fish creek- along the Parkland route, you can take the path down to the restaurant and information centre. You can get some speed, be careful- walkers and hikers come...

The trails along the river is also nice, with red clay/crushed stone overtop. This trail network connects to the rotary greenway. So if you're riding from glenfield to Annie's, you will be on asphalt pathways 100%. Or you can ride further west to Bebo and Marshalls springs (I haven't gone past marshalls yet). Overall, a great area to enjoy a quick run, or long ride, or brisk walk...
