I’ve started coming back here after the one down the road called 911 on me over a wrong order they refused to rectify with little reasoning. I do have to order my coffee components separately, but I’ve found the new ownership & workers here at the gas station to have stepped their game up massively since I’d stopped coming here due to wait times & wrong orders. The new (?) staff are effective & fast , I haven’t had single complaint to dish them in the last few mths, I do apologize for leaving the below review on, but I’m petrified that after leaving a five star new review things might not be the same anymore after doing so, so perhaps in a few months of the same consistent customer store relationship I’ll come back and delete it. I’m also still a little embarrassed / frustrated about having 911 dialled on me at the other location with no resolution followed up by there HQ office.
Keep it up guys , I hope you all have a great end to summer, and your future trainees are as great as you all are.

6 + MTHS ISH ago ( - Stars ( lol ) Sigh ordered a black coffee received a 2 Cream. Honestly growing so tired of the staff at Tim’s doing what they want , not listening , and wasting my gas & time. I’d go back and complain but heaven forbid they dial 911 because they feel threatened by their own issues.
I’ll never understand why I should have to triple check a simple coffee order, let alone why a coffee should cost me almost 10$ in coffee & gas & time.
Last week the Canyon Meadows Gas Station gave me a black coffee with their hair in it.
This week the one down the road gave me a 2 Cream.
3 weeks ago new owener at another location called 911 because I wanted a refund & coffee remade after having 6-9 over a week span made wrong.

Read moreUpdate September 8, 2024: I have given 4 stars instead of the one star I had originally given. I have visited this location for the past three days both inside and thru the drive thru. I have received some of the friendliest and best customer service ever from this location. I am pleased to se this change as I have had the worst experiences. Thanks for the smile on my face and the great customer service. Keep up the great work!!
Update: May 22, 2024 at approx 10:45. I decided to go back here and my bad. I ordered 2 sausage bagels and an extra large coffee one cream. The coffee is perfect, the bagels are both BACON. What a shame that I thought I could give them a second chance. I threw the bacon out and we ate them without. What a waste of money!
I would not leave any stars! I went thru the drive thru about 1:10 on February 5th, 2024. I am used to having to repeat my order several times when I go to this location. This day was different because the young man at the speaker and the window was so rude and lacked customer service skills. I was asked once again what my order was and i asked him if he was dealing with me now? He started to talk like a baby and almost singing his responses to me and mock me through the speaker. I really wanted to yell at him when I got to the window because after him telling me he was dealing with me he still got the order wrong. I can take the wrong order and the fact that 4-5 people are standing near him and can hear him but did anyone say anything? He continued to be a smart a$$ right up to the point I drove away. I work at a job where customer service is #1 and I was disgusted by this encounter. I am so mad I want to go back there and let him know what it means to run a business. Read moreI was a daily drive through customer at this location. No more. Enough is enough. If you have one bad experience at a restaurant- you can chalk it up to a bad day. 2 or 3 times....well maybe I'm coming at a bad time. This branch had problems EVERY SINGLE TIME! Tim Hortons has a great culture of customer service wherever you visit them across Canada, I think- but this location has management problems that you can smell from a mile away. Although Today's episode of "What will suck at Timmy's Bonaventure Today?" was not the staff's fault (Cash only at drive through... NO sign indicating that)....they are clearly not being trained in proper customer service. This is a MANAGEMENT issue. I have routinely had workers engaged in personal discussion while "dealing" with me. Not at all out of the ordinary to find menu items not available. With the exception of one very nice Lady there...never a Thank you, see you later or anything. I actually had my order handed to me by one of the Girl's outstretched arm while her face was COMPLETELY turned 180 degrees the opposite way while chatting to another worker. Not even an attempt to turn around and smile or say good bye. Just the SLAM of the drive though window. Do yourself a favour and go down to Midnapore location. The staff there actually took the time to watch the customer service...
