Really don't understand how hard it is to make sure that items that are stored in the REFRIGERATOR or COOLER at the store get put on top of HOT Ribs and Wedgies, I would think that is the dips should be packed with the COLD pop considering the dip packaging itself states "KEEP REFRIGERATED" (How much bacteria is now in this food that we don't know about... these dips in question contain egg yolks... would you place egg yolks on something hot and expect someone to cook with them? if not why should we be expected to ingest them?) Also when your online menu is so particular on that we get "1 Ketchup" we should at least get that as it is something that was paid for and now not received. on top of this when food makes it to your door barely warm because it has taken exactly 1 hour to deliver it makes the entire experience disappointing. We had ordered from you out of convenience but if I can get HOT food that is actually HOT and the sides that should be cold still cold I will gladly walk or drive the three blocks to one of your competitors, going to the competitor would save me money on a delivery charge and I would have my food in 15 mins. Why should we be paying for a delivery charge is we are going to wait forever? I could have picked it up from your store and been home in less the time and even saved money as gas would not have cost anywhere near that much...
Read moreJust went back to this location after I was given a $50 credit from my previous horrible experience. Upon pickup the lady was very aggressive towards me asking me what was wrong with my order and why I have a $50 credit. She then stormed off to make my food, which took 40 minutes once again instead of the 15-20 minutes as stated on the phone order, so I was waiting in store for 15 minutes yet again. Once again received the wrong chicken sandwich. I got a classic chicken sandwich with pickles instead of the buffalo chicken sandwich I ordered. When I confronted her about it she picked the pickles off the sandwhich In front of me and put banana peppers on instead, and said they didn’t have any cheese so that’s all she could do. She then told me next time to call them directly instead of the call centre to place my order. How the heck do I do that?! When I go to call pizza 73 it’s the generic 273-7373 number, not the specific number for that location. Again another awful experience from this location. The old lady working there seriously needs to learn customer service or she should stop working in the food industry. To top it off, when my wife just went to heat up the left over pizza from the other day she noticed meat in her vegetarian pizza. Was supposed to be a cheese pizza with olives and feta cheese, instead they added tomatoes and what appears to be...
Read moreI ordered a meat-lovers pizza but the older woman working behind the counter explained how there was none left in any size. She insisted on me purchasing either an already cooked bbq chicken or cheese pizza multiple times, despite my lack of interest. Understanding that this location must have been out of ingredients for meat-lovers I politely replied “that is ok thank you” and began to walk away. Only when I was almost at the door did she finally say “ok I can make a meat-lovers pizza”.
Why lie about not being able to make something and insist on selling completely different pizza that’s already cooked, maybe even old? Maybe someone cancelled or no-showed for these pizzas and she was desperate to get rid of them? Shouldn’t be my problem to eat someone else’s pizza if that was the case or such a big ask to make anything besides bbq chicken or cheese right from the get-go.
Thankfully after waiting for not too long the meat-lovers was ready and tasted great. I’m just not sure as to why it had to be a struggle to get to this...
