PATIOLINE - Forever Home & Leisure — Attraction in Calgary

So I feel I should share my experience with Patioline as I did read many reviews before choosing to do business with them. I also looked at competitors and was amazed how poor some reviews were. I walked into the store in early November looking for a Hot Tub after doing quite a bit of home work first. I met Les and we spent a good hour talking about the pros and cons of ownership and I learned a great deal. I took this info home to mull over and to dig a little further. I needed to be sure we were getting a solid tub with out breaking the bank. I went back two weeks later and again asked many questions before deciding to purchase the Caldera Geneva. Happy customer I AM. Yes I spent a little more than I wanted to at first but I have a fantastic tub. Les showed up on the delivery day as did a crane and a couple hours later we had our tub. I waited until the next day to use it and I have used it at least ounce every day since. I am amazed with the power of the jets and have not gone for a massage since I bought the tub, something I did quite often. A couple of the jets are almost too power full but I am able to control them. I waited for a month before writing the review as I wanted to be sure I was fully satisfied. My wife and I were looking for good quality patio furniture passively to complete our backyard landscaping and wandered in to Patioline. We were met by a friendly, incredibly knowledgeable gent named Les (owner). Based on previous experiences (other stores) we did not expect much but after a few moments we felt quite comfortable with the core values and product selection there. My wife and I purchased a 12pc Teak patio set and could not be happier, the Barlow Tyrie products are beautiful. We procured our set on Saturday late afternoon and had the set delivered at 10am the following Tuesday. We have an umbrella from Patioline that we purchased many years ago and I walked in yesterday to replace a crank that gone missing and they were able to help me immediately. I was asked for my home number and she immediately pulled up my purchase details and was able to help me efficiently! This umbrella is by far my favorite patio piece! It's made well and we will continue to love it for years to come! They sell quality products and they can actually help you if you have issues with you product, for me that says it all in today's disconnected world!
